To fulfill our mission of support to people with intellectual disabilities we rely on a dedicated staff of caregivers. The types of caregivers that we employ support our care models. Those responsibilites vary according to the person served. We put people first and that includes our employees. Our effective support system is created by a positive and rewarding work environment. - Compensation that goes beyond an hourly wage. After 90 days, Mid-TN covers $561.90 per month for your medical insurance and $21 per month for dental insurance. We also provide 100% coverage for life insurance and offer potential sign-on bonuses.

- 403 B plan options, a retirement plan available to public schools and certain tax-exempt organizations.
- Residential homes in Nashville where up to three individuals live together. Staff members provide support to help these individuals meet their daily needs.

Our range of services includes supported living, community-based day, nursing, and supported employment programs. We foster a welcoming, respectful, and informal work culture.
