To fulfill our mission of support to people with intellectual disabilities we rely on a dedicated staff of caregivers. The types of caregivers that we employ support our care models. Those responsibilites vary according to the person served. We put people first and that includes our employees. Our effective support system is created by a positive and rewarding work environment. • Compensation is more than an hourly wage…how? After 90 days MTSL co-pays $ 561.90 per month for your medical insurance, co-pays Delta Dental $ 21/month for dental insurance, pays 100% of life insurance, and offers sign-on bonus potential.
• Cafeteria style group discounted plans from which you can choose: Vision, Short and Long term Disability, Accident and Critical Illness coverage.
• We offer 403 B plan options. A 403(b) plan (also called a tax-sheltered annuity or TSA plan) is a retirement plan offered by public schools and certain 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations.
• Homes are residential sites in Nashville where up to 3 individuals live together. Staff supports these individuals to meet their daily needs.
